For day 2 of my DSE project, I am posting another of my pyrographic watercolor art with my favorite bird, the peacock. Peacock is the national bird of India and it pops up a lot in many of the art and crafts I do. Below are the process shots:

  8. and again I learned something new-didn't know the peacock was the national bird of India. They are quite majestic aren't they-and your painting of one is gorgeous!!

  9. I've not heard of pyrography and will look further to know what it is. I'm guessing it has to do with burning but I could be totally wrong! At any rate your work is beautiful and the color is vivid and happy!
